City Suites BNB (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website citysuitesbnb.com and the Android application “City Suites BNB”, which displays our website using a Trusted Web Activity (TWA). This Policy explains what personal data we process, why, and how you can exercise your rights.

We do not use the Google Advertising ID (AD_ID) and we do not serve personalized advertising in the Android app.

  • Provide and manage bookings & stays – contract performance.
  • Customer support & communications – legitimate interests / consent.
  • Legal and tax compliance – legal obligation.
  • Analytics & service improvement – legitimate interests and/or consent via cookie banner.

4. Cookies & analytics

We use essential cookies for the site to function. Non-essential cookies (e.g., analytics) run only with your consent via the cookie banner, where you can change preferences at any time.

5. Sharing with service providers

We may share data with trusted processors strictly as needed to provide our services, such as website hosting, email, booking/check-in tools, and (where applicable) accommodation platforms (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com). Processors are bound by data-processing agreements and cannot use data for their own purposes.

  • Booking/financial records: kept for the period required by law.
  • Contact/support messages: up to 24 months from last interaction.
  • Technical logs: up to 12 months.
    We may retain data longer if required by law or to establish/defend legal claims.

The Android app wraps our website and does not add extra data collection beyond the website’s features. The app does not request or use the Advertising ID (AD_ID). Optional device permissions (e.g., location for maps/directions) are used only when you grant permission and can be revoked at any time in your device settings.
