At CITY SUITES BNB, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide excellent service to all our customers. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds for reservations made through our platform. Please read this policy carefully before making a booking.

  1. Cancellation and Refund Eligibility:

1.1. Full Refunds: If you cancel your reservation within 45 days prior to the scheduled check-in date, you will be eligible for a full refund of the booking amount. Please note that refunds may take 15 business days to process and appear in your account.

1.2. Partial Refunds: If you cancel your reservation within 30 days prior to the scheduled check-in date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking amount may apply. The remaining amount will be refunded to you. The specific cancellation fee percentage will be mentioned during the booking process and in your reservation confirmation email.

1.3. No Refunds: If you cancel your reservation within 29 days or less prior to the scheduled check-in time or in case of a no-show, no refund will be provided.

  1. Refund Process:

2.1. To request a refund, please contact our customer support team through reservations@citysuitesbnb.com . Provide them with your booking details, including the reservation ID and the reason for cancellation. Our team will guide you through the refund process and assist you accordingly.

2.2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the booking process. If the payment was made through a third-party platform, the refund will be processed according to their refund policies.

  1. Non-Refundable Bookings:

3.1. Some bookings may be labeled as “Non-Refundable” during the reservation process. Non-refundable bookings are not eligible for any refunds, regardless of the cancellation period.

  1. Changes to Reservations:

4.1. If you need to modify your reservation, such as changing the dates or the number of guests, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Depending on availability and the modification request, we will do our best to accommodate your changes.

4.2. Any changes to the reservation may be subject to additional charges or fees, which will be communicated to you during the modification process.

  1. Force Majeure:

In the event of unforeseen circumstances or situations beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government actions, or other force majeure events, we reserve the right to modify or cancel reservations without any liability. In such cases, we will provide appropriate support and assistance to help you find alternative accommodations or arrange for a refund, if applicable.
